Norn monk armor dyed red of course. All it needs is the puffball cap.
Did you know that santa's red armor wasn't even around before 1931? Coca Cola created the red outfit for Santa less than a hundred years ago purely as a commercial gimmick.
I dont even like Coke unless it is mixed with Crown Royal. Is that why the mall Santa always smells like Crown Royal?

I'm not sure about other professions, but Ranger Furbound dyed red looks pretty close. Do other professions also have "fur" armor?

Lets skip the extra modeling for each class and just add a line up of winter themed tonics. Santa, snowmen, grench, etc..
The devs might actually consider it then.

personally i /sign the idea... the details in my mind came a bit slow then i found this thread...
it would of been pretty cool to get armor crafters like the candy weapons for the holiday... and they just take the skins of Dwayna, Grenth, Grenchies, Snowmen or whatever... have separate armor pieces so we could mix and match the pieces. I'd put a grenchie head on a fat santa suit anyday.
like the transmodifier ideas...for wintersday charactors.. just hate that its temporary. if it was something more permanent the armor discussion probably wouldnt come up to me. but i still think id be fun to run around all mix-matched.. imma goober what can I say, I love my screenshots.

With Anet's staff now it's simply unrealistic to expect them to completely model, rig & texture a new set of armor for every class in the game; especially given the time frame. I wouldn't want a fat suit anyhow... A santa style hooker outfit though, I might be for that... Like lingerie. :P
And... to answer whoever asked... I suppose 15k kurz on a female monk could look decent for a santa outfit... http://i44.tinypic.com/11j81vp.jpg
